Client manager
Your playing field
Strategy and business growth: You won’t just execute briefs. You’ll build client strategies, understand their business, and actively look for opportunities where growth makes sense for the client and for us.
Master of delivery: You make sure projects don’t end up in the red. Margins, utilisation, scope, and budget reality are part of your daily routine, and hour overruns are simply not our standard.
Campaigns and websites: You’re comfortable with large creative campaigns as well as website development. You understand both worlds and can safely guide the team and the client through them.
Building dream teams: You decide on project team composition, external productions, and suppliers. You’re in charge of budgets, contracts, and the overall collaboration setup.
Collaboration with production and finance: You’re in daily contact with the Head of Production and the finance team. The numbers in your reports must add up, because we base our next decisions on them.
How we imagine you
Agency DNA: You have at least 2 years of experience in a digital or brand agency. You know how delivery works, and project tools are second nature to you.
Entrepreneurial mindset: You think in numbers. Project economics, margins, and financial health are not a necessary evil but a natural part of your thinking.
Diplomat and bulldog: You can set expectations with clients even when deadlines are on fire. You’re resilient under pressure and able to push projects to the finish line, even when the road isn’t straight.
Leadership: You know how to lead a team, motivate people, and solve problems before they become a topic for the whole company.
Master of Czech: Your written and spoken word is your signature, whether it’s a high-stakes client presentation, a strategic proposal, or a quick internal brief.
Cultural fit: You don’t bring negativity, you know how to use sarcasm wisely, and you have the drive to keep improving things.
