Business Consultant

• Help Symbio win the right clients and the right projects — the ones where client need, our expertise and real potential to deliver business impact all meet.
• You’ll be the one who helps the client name the problem, clarify priorities and understand the value of a solution in the context of their company. Not just opening doors, but holding your own when it’s time to lead a qualified conversation, ask the right questions and show why a specific collaboration makes sense.
• This role isn’t about mindlessly hunting leads or forwarding inquiries. It’s about recognising where the client’s ambition genuinely meets what Symbio does best. It’s about expertise, trust, commercial instinct and the ability to turn a good conversation into quality collaboration.

• Open new business opportunities at companies where what Symbio does best clearly makes sense.
• Lead commercial and consultative conversations with decision makers — typically CEOs, CMOs, founders and others who decide on a company’s direction and investments.
• Help clients name the problem, clarify priorities and see the value of a solution in the context of their KPIs, growth and strategy.
• Own the sales process from first contact through qualification and a proposal to close.
• Grow relationships with existing clients and look for further meaningful opportunities to collaborate.
• Work with the team on scope, argumentation, budgets, tender bids and the shape of the collaboration.
• Work directly with the people around Molekula and Creative Intelligence.
• Use ClickUp, CRM and other tools to keep the sales pipeline in order.
• Use AI and other tools wherever they make sense.

Must have

• You have the experience to bring the client professional value already during the sales phase.
• You can lead a confident, clear and valuable conversation with a decision maker.
• You understand brand, marketing, communication, digital or a related field in real depth.
• You think in context and understand the client’s business and priorities.
• You won’t get lost in numbers, budgets or the contractual framework of a collaboration.
• You get things done and can work independently.
• You can combine commercial instinct with order in processes, data and tools.

A plus

• Experience from an agency, consulting, marketing or brand environment.
• Practice with tenders and more complex proposals.
• Experience with part of the work you’ll be helping to sell.
• The ability to use AI as a practical partner.

Who you’ll report to

The role will report to the Head of Growth. While we’re filling that position, you’ll report directly to the CEO.

• You know your way around our products, services and their value.
• You can show clients the value of what we do in the context of their business.
• You independently lead a qualified and credible conversation.
• You work with ClickUp, sales, CRM and the connected processes.
• You have relevant business opportunities running and a first closed result.

How the selection works

We want to open Symbio up to you before you decide. You’ll meet the people you’ll work with and get to see our meetings, systems and processes.

An important part is a meeting with Jirka about Molekula and with Tom about Creative Intelligence.
