Senior UI Designer

• You’ll lead the UI design of websites and apps from brief to debrief and be accountable for the whole project.
• You’ll shape the concept from the very start — the visual direction, moodboards, typography and iconography.
• You’ll present and defend your design to the client.
• You’re not on your own: you consult the UI specialist on the concept, the visual direction, key deliverables and important client presentations.
• You’ll pass on your experience to the junior designers on the project and work with UX designers, developers and the Client Manager.
• When we prepare proposals, you’ll analyse what the client already has and estimate how much work your part will take.
• You’ll deliver pixel-perfect work in Figma, within the agreed scope and deadline.

• You have experience in UI design and a portfolio that proves it.
• You can take responsibility for an entire digital project in the role of design lead and see it through.
• Figma is second nature to you (components, auto layout, states — you know it all and use it).
• You can design UI for web and apps from wireframes and a functional specification.
• Defining a visual direction, moodboarding, typography, iconography? You enjoy that.
• You can work in a team developing larger products built on a design system.
• You know that interactions and micro-animations aren’t just a nice extra — they help UX.
• You work with graphic materials and photos and know how to get the most out of them.
• Building prototypes and testing them is routine for you.
• You speak English as well as you speak Czech.

We use Figma to the fullest and work right at the edge of what it can do. Internally and with clients we meet in a hybrid way — in person and on video calls. We’re comfortable with asynchronous communication too.

We’re based in Prague, but coming to the office isn’t a must. You don’t have to live in Prague — but if you want to, 3 coffee machines, a desk with a monitor and an ergonomic chair are waiting for you 24/7. It also helps to share part of the day with us in the same time zone (Central European Time, CET/CEST).
