Head of Growth

Your job is to drive the agency’s strategic growth. You won’t just “sell” — you’ll be the architect of our business model. You’ll connect business development, client service and internal marketing into one working whole. You’ll open doors to top clients and make sure our services remain best-in-class as we grow.

Growth strategy. Identifying new markets and segments. You decide where we focus our energy and which products we develop.

Key relationships. You’ll be a partner for C-level. You’re not a salesperson, but a trusted consultant who brings value.

Leadership and inspiration. You’ll have a team of business consultants under you. Your job is to develop their talent, build their commercial and professional competencies, and handle their hiring.

Portfolio optimization. You’ll have the courage to say which clients are the right fit for us and where our cooperation no longer makes sense. Here, quality always wins over quantity.

Management & Operations. As part of the management team, you’ll work closely with the CEO and the Delivery and Product teams. You’ll tune AI agents and the processes around them.

Personality. You command natural respect that needs no loud gestures. Your influence comes from your ideas and authenticity.

Experienced strategist. You have at least 5 years in a senior role (Head of/Director) in the agency or startup world. You understand B2B and digital.

Data & Intuition. You can read data, but you also have common sense and a feel for people and opportunities.

Leadership. You can lead people, mentor them and build their enthusiasm for a shared vision.

Startup drive. Even though this is a senior role, you still have the appetite to really change things, test new approaches and bear the uncertainty that growth brings.
