Senior Digital Product Designer
At Symbio, we build digital products that make sense and work. We’re looking for a senior Digital Product Designer who understands both UX and UI and wants to be part of our projects.

What you’ll be doing
- Designing UX and UI for client digital products: websites, apps, platforms.
- Building and evolving design systems that keep things consistent across projects.
- Setting the visual direction and defending design decisions in front of the client.
- Prototyping interactions and micro-animations, from low-fi concepts to the final form.
- Working with developers on implementation and checking the quality of the output.
What you need
- At least 3 years of experience in digital product design and a portfolio to prove it.
- Advanced Figma: components, Auto Layout, variants, prototypes.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems.
- The ability to present and defend your work in front of clients and the team.
- English at the level of fluent working communication (B2+), Czech at native or equivalent level.
A plus
- Experience defining interactions and micro-animations.
- Experience in an agency setting or with several clients at once.
- Knowledge of AI tools in the design process.
