We showed stundents that there's no such thing as a 'bad question'
Students and graduates often don't know what to expect from life. Up to now they have been dedicated to their studies and at the end of school they do not know where to go. That's why this campaign encourages them to learn from people who started out like them and are now responsible for global projects. We also encourage them to be curious and keep learning and asking questions. Because those who ask grow fast and so do our results. Thanks to the campaign, the number of hired candidates rose by 33 %. Since the beginning of our cooperation with EY in 2019, the number of hired candidates has risen by a full 74 %. During these years, we have also won 3 medals in the Recruitment Awards. As you can see, we've accomplished a lot. So what's next?
